Update Your Must-Have Travel List
Summer is here! Which means you are on the go more often! Whether you leave for a business trip, or decide to spontaneously visit a city you’ve never been to before, you should be fully equipped – even if it’s a really short one. Start with our list as a guideline, and customize it to your own needs!
1. Bag. You just cannot go without it. A messenger bag is very convenient, as it is very spacious and you can wear it on your shoulder. If you are planning to go to a restaurant or a night club, don’t forget to take a clutch as well.
2. If you are crossing several time zones, take some sleeping pills to help your body adjust to time change more quickly.
3. Think for your face in advance. If you have a busy schedule of night entertainment, last thing you want is a dry, dull face the morning after. Find a good cosmetic product with aloe, alpha-lipoic acid, and coenzyme Q10, which will help you look great despite a sleepless night. Apply the treatment the night before or in the morning on a clean face, before applying the make-up.
4. Don’t forget your sunglasses. Protect your eyes from UV radiation.
5. If you are taking a long flight, get a sleeping mask. It will help you fall asleep despite bright light, because melatonin (sleeping hormone) is produced only in full darkness.
6. If you are picky about the tea you are served on a plain or a train, stock up on your favourite tea at home and ask just for boiling water to enjoy your favourite drink during the trip.
7. Nothing can spoil your day like a pair of uncomfortable shoes. So make sure you wear something you can walk around for a long time.
8. Another must-have for every woman: hand cream to make your hands soft and protect you from poor quality of water.
9. Face care kit. Of course, it is unrealistic to take your whole home collection of cosmetic items with you – it will take up lots of room in your bag and, frankly, you don’t need it. Shop for travel-sized basics like cleansing gel, toner, night cream and dry cream, face scrub, and face mask to fit in your luggage no problem.
